Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital is seeking a General/Trauma Surgery nurse practitioner. Join a comprehensive, multidisciplinary group of providers at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital's busy Level II Trauma Center. • .75 FTE
• 3 days a week, 10-hour shifts
• Shift days will vary to accommodate every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
• No evenings or call
• 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., benefits eligible
• 100% inpatient
• Full care of patients on the floor from admission to discharge
• 25% acute care and 75% trauma patients
• 9 to 15 patients per day
• Minimum 1 year of acute care and/or trauma experience as an NP, as position is highly autonomous
• Live in desirable Santa Rosa area
• Compensation is between $167,621 and $217,060 per year
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted.

Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital is a state-of-the-art, 338-bed acute care hospital providing a wide range of specialty services, including critical care, cardiovascular, stroke, women s and children s, oncology and orthopedics. The hospital is home to the region's Level II Trauma Center serving the entire Coastal Valleys area, including Sonoma, Napa, Mendocino and Lake Counties, as well as coastal Marin County.
