POSITION DETAILS:
90% Clinical (-hour shifts/year)
10% Admin Responsibilities
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
2-3 years of clinical experience preferred with a history of clinical or quality project sponsorship.
• Candidate should possess the ability to lead change, inspire and motivate, coalesce a team, is enthusiastic and creates great relationships.
• Foster strong partnership with the facility C-suite.
Dyad leadership model with an administrative partner who assists with practice oversight and operations.
