Facility in Coal Center, PA seeking Family Medicine locums coverage Rates: 170/hr Facility is seeking a Family Medicine physician for a full-time position starting in January 2025. The role is clinic-based, seeing a variety of patients of all ages in a freestanding healthcare center. The assignment is for four months, with the potential for extension beyond May 2025. Start Date: End Date: - May 2, 2025 (Potential for extension)
Schedule: - Monday - Thursday: 8 am - 4 pm
- Friday: 8 am - 3 pm
- No Call
- Up to 18 patients per day:
- 9 patients in the morning session
- 9 patients in the afternoon session
- 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm lunch break (30 min lunch and 30 min paperwork)
Setting: - Freestanding clinic
- APP Mid-level coverage available from 8 am - 4 pm
EMR: Duties: - Wellness visits
- Physicals
- Well-child visits
- Sick visits
- ER follow-ups
- Hospital follow-ups
- Pre-op visits
Requirements: - Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- ACLS/BLS Certified Required
- DEA License Required
- Pennsylvania License preferred, but will accept IMLC candidates
- Experience: Will consider candidates just out of training
- No call and no hospital rounds
