The ideal candidate is a BC/BE Gastroenterologist with a fall 2023 start date - unfortunately, start dates prior to that cannot be considered.

- ENDOs in the mornings + Clinic in the afternoons

- Salary + keep EVERYTHING after overhead

- Partnership in the entire Gastro Surgery Center after 3 years

- Zero buy in for the partnership

- Every full time Gastroenterologist here averages $700,000 (recently hired and still ramping) to OVER $1,000,000 (after partnership) each year due to this model

- Total autonomy = run the practice as if you own it

- After year 1, CREATE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE with no limits = work as little or as much as you want

- NO WEEKENDS

- NO LATE NIGHTS PAST 5PM

- 1:5 to 1:12 call depending on the hospital
