Your Role with the Company :

• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday - Friday with a commitment to work 2 Saturdays per month - day off provided during the week if a Saturday is scheduled
• APP will see on average 18-20 patients/day, mostly adults
• Provider will see Primary Care and Urgent Care patients for chronic and acute conditions

Background Profile:

• Board Certified FNP / Family Nurse Practitioner, APRN, AGNP / Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner
• Open to a confident new graduate
• Bi-Lingual Spanish speaker
