The Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician role in Wilmington, Delaware involves providing primary care to elderly patients as part of a comprehensive care program. The physician will work full-time, manage a patient load of 2-8 per day, and participate in a leadership team to establish care strategies. Applicants must be board certified in Internal or Family Medicine and have a preference for Geriatric Medicine, with a focus on collaborative patient care and a supportive work environment.

Geriatric/Internal Med/Family Med Opening - Wilmington, Delaware Opportunity for a Board Certified Geriatric Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine physician to join its Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) organization Position Details - Full-time, permanent- Position serves as Outpatient PCP and skilled facility- The schedule for this full-time opportunity is Monday Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm. On average, there are seven (7) on-call days (evenings/weekends) with weekend telephone triage.- Number of patients that the provider will be seeing in a day varies from 2-8 per day- Reflects the skills knowledge and abilities serving in the role of a leader.
