Willamette Valley Medical Center, located in the picturesque region of western Oregon, is seeking to add a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our inpatient behavioral health unit.

About the Position:

• Behavioral Health Unit: Currently features 10 beds, with plans for expansion.
• Experience Required: Previous experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is essential.
• Remote Psychiatrist Support: Available to assist as needed.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday with shared call responsibilities, supplemented by Tele-Psych services.
• Responsibilities:
• Conduct new admissions.
• Provide daily patient care in the behavioral health unit.
• Evaluate and manage psychiatric patients on the inpatient unit.
• Provide psychiatric consults for medical-surgical patients.
• Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a team of treatment professionals, including RNs, Behavioral Health Techs, Social Workers, and Activity Therapists.
