Neurology Physician at ProTouch Staffing summary:

A Neurology Physician is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with neurological conditions in an outpatient setting. This role involves conducting examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and creating individualized treatment plans. The position offers opportunities for recent graduates as well as seasoned professionals to develop their clinical skills and focus on subspecialty areas of interest over time.

Neurologist (New Grads Accepted)- Falls Church, VA

sign-on Bounces: Available.

Relocation Bounces: Available.

Shift: M-F 8:30AM - 4:30PM

On-call/weekends and Nights: No

This is a 100% outpatient position.

Job Summary:

We are a comprehensive neurological practice and are seeking dedicated, hardworking, and driven neurologists who are willing to help build their patient following based on their interests and training. All applicants will do some general neurology but we are open to subspecialty training in EEG/epilepsy, sleep, autoimmune neurology, pain, EMG, and movement disorders. Over time, we expect each candidate to focus mostly on their field of interest.

General Responsibilities:

  • Meet with patients and examine them to diagnose and treat neurological conditions.
  • Order and interpret tests to aid in deciding on the best course of treatment.
  • Learn from and share findings with physicians and contribute to enhancing team knowledge.
  • Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatments when necessary.
  • Work with patients and their family members to give them a voice.
  • Attend and participate in training, seminars, and other continuing education to stay current on trends and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified in Neurology required.
  • Experience in Neurology settings for 1-2 years required.
