Stillwater Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is a 75 - bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Covington, Ohio who is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant to join our team and provide quality care to our residents in a nursing home setting. The successful candidate will have experience working with geriatrics and long-term care, as well as a passion for providing compassionate and attentive care.

Day Shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm

Night Shift: 6:00pm - 6:30pam

The State Tested Nursing Assistant will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, providing assistance with personal care, and helping to ensure the overall wellbeing of our residents.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide assistance with ambulation and transfers
Perform routine vital signs and other nursing care procedures as directed by the nurse
Provide emotional support to residents and their families
Document observations, treatments, and other pertinent information in the resident's medical record
Understand the needs of geriatric patients and provide appropriate care

Requirements

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
