Peabody & Arnold LLP seeks junior or mid-level associate to join our dynamic and growing M&A insurance practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of insurance coverage or business litigation experience.

Our practice group represents insurance companies in a wide variety of claims arising out of M&A transactions. We handle disputes on a nationwide basis and sometimes internationally. Our clients are based mainly in New York and London.

Skills and Educational Requirements:

· JD from accredited law school and excellent academic credentials

· Active bar admission with an ability to obtain MA admission quickly

· 2-6 years of insurance coverage or business litigation experience

· Outstanding research, writing, and analytic skills

· Strong quantitative skills

· Strong communication skills

· Attention to detail and commitment to organization and excellence

· Ability to multitask and work independently within a collaborative team setting
