Katsu Sando serves Japanese food with a Western influence also known as Yoshoku Cuisine, servicing Katsu sandos, katsu curry plates, small bites in our grab n' go fridge such as egg salad sandos, onigiris, fruit sandos and pride ourselves in special drops.
We started off as a pop up in 2017, had a residency at Smorgasburg LA from 2018-2019, and opened our brick and mortar in Chinatown in 2020, and expanded to this location in San Gabriel in 2023.
We are an eclectic and diverse team with different work backgrounds and aim to always push ourselves to be better with a great + positive attitude and mindset.
* We are looking for a full time Line/Prep Cook that has open availability. We are looking for someone that takes pride in their job, great work ethic, humble, and wants to grow with the team. We are in the middle of ramping up and adding more/changes to our current menu, so we are looking for someone that is dependable and carries a "will-do, can-do" attitude.

Requirements:
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- physically able to perform dynamic movements as this position requires daily lifting, crouching, and reaching.
