Looking for an up and coming chef with high degree of talent in creating memorable food for our guests. We have concepts in breakfast/lunch/tavern style/sushi/steaks/seafood. Need to be able to do menu costing and have a culinary degree. Corporate chef experience is not necessary. Will need to be prepared to do a tasting before getting hired. We are an up and coming group with a high ceiling and lot of room to grow in a family style yet professional setting.
