Job OverviewInventory Control Warehouse Associates are responsible managing inventory by conducting cycle counts and assisting with any duties that involves keeping track and correcting inventory. Your position requires you to inspect pallets to ensure the product matches the SKU. Diligent inventory management and reporting are required to ensure accuracy at all times. You will also help ensure clients receive their orders in proper condition and in a timely manner as well as be a proactive and a team player, supporting the customer service, outside sales and showroom sales staffDutiesMaintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse environmentManage inventory, conduct cycle counts, and assist with corporate inventory countsFollow proper receiving protocol, including thorough product inspectionsInspect forklifts and other warehouse equipment daily and report any issues to warehouse lead or branch managerCommunicate with customer service staff regarding any order discrepancies or issuesAssist other warehouse associates with questions about inventory or ordersUphold all warehouse safety protocol and instructionAttend all safety meetings and help to conduct safety inspectionsMaintain high level of customer service and professionalism at all timesMultitask and prioritize work through effective time managementWork cooperatively in team environmentWork within the framework of the company's defined policies, procedures, goal, and directives.
