Must Have:

• 1-2 years experience in a machining role (CNC machining, tool & die with machining, working in machine shop, etc.)
• Engineering degree highly preferred – will consider someone with associates or 2-year technical degree
• 1+ years experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Ability to lead and motivate a team – strong interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• Analytical and problem solving skills

Day to Day:

Will oversee a team of 14-21 people involved in plant production on off-shift. Will be responsible for managing personnel, material, and machining equipment. Will provide technical support and deal with complex problems in order to meet production schedules and requirements. Focus on productivity improvements. Will coach and mentor team members. Maintaining quality standards and solve quality issues.
