Account Director , you will develop short- and long-term strategies to meet client's marketing and financial objectives. You will manage fundraising programs for several non-profit clients serving as senior client contact. You will collaborate internally with all departments to ensure effective execution of program and campaign strategies.

Your Impact: - Oversee direct marketing campaigns from strategy development through creative, data processing, and production.
- Oversee other Account Management staff in the execution of tactical strategy.
- Identify upgrade opportunities; participate in sales process.
- Provide direction and final approval on campaign strategy and present the recommendations to the client.
- Evaluate/identify when creative strategy should be modified to better meet client requirements.
Your Profile: - A Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years' experience in direct response, fundraising, and non-profits required, preferably for an agency or a large national non-profit organization.
- Outstanding analytical abilities.
- Previous management experience.
- Outstanding relationship building and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and excellent understanding of database tools.
