Director of Organizational Development, Transformation, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
Tal Healthcare is proud to partner with a leading health system in Connecticut to identify an exceptional Director of Organizational Development, Transformation, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) .
This strategic leadership role focuses on driving initiatives that foster an inclusive organizational culture, enhance workforce performance, and achieve sustainable growth. The Director will play a pivotal role in aligning talent management, organizational development, transformation, and DEI strategies with the health system's overarching mission and objectives. Candidates with a strong healthcare background are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Culture & Employee Experience
  • Advocate for employee well-being and satisfaction, creating a workplace culture that values inclusivity, engagement, and professional development.
2. Organizational Development & Transformation
  • Develop and execute strategies that advance leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and organizational performance.
  • Lead transformation initiatives to align culture, processes, and operations with strategic goals.
3. Talent Management
  • Oversee and implement comprehensive talent management strategies to support workforce development and succession planning.
4. Leadership Development & Consulting
  • Design and deliver innovative leadership development programs.
  • Provide executive coaching and guidance to enhance team effectiveness, agility, and innovation.
5. Measurement & Reporting
  • Establish metrics to assess the success of organizational development and DEI initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and communicate impact to stakeholders.
6. DEI Leadership
  • Integrate DEI principles into all aspects of organizational operations, including talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • Foster a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging across the health system.
