Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple Dunkin' locations within the region
• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to brand standards
• Drive sales and profitability through effective leadership and coaching
• Recruit, train, and develop talented store managers and crew members
• Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree preferred - commensurate experience as multi unit supervisor or high volume restaurant management +2M may qualify
• Previous experience in multi-unit management in the food & beverage industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Flexible availability to work 8 / 10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, and on call as needed
