Responsibilities: Strategic Planning:
- Evaluate project plans for relevancy and impact.
- Develop industry knowledge base needed to evaluate potential activities.
•Market Analysis:
- Review/evaluate market research and analytics.
- Identify growth opportunities.
- Identify/share competitor value propositions to inform strategic direction.
•Collaboration:
- Work closely with leadership to ensure alignment across all departments.
- Develop/display deep understanding of company operations.
- Evaluate/address departmental activity overlap.
•Decision Making:
- Make decisions quickly and effectively.
- Drive nimble adaptation to changes within and outside the company.
•Communication: Develop/deliver accurate and easy-to-understand reporting as needed.
•Financial Oversight: Plan/oversee financial, marketing, and operational efforts.
Project Coordination: Coordinate staff and projects to ensure success.
Qualifications: - 5 years' experience leading strategic planning and project execution, with experience in home improvement roles preferred.
- Demonstrated skills in analyzing resources and data to evaluate organizational strengths, technology capabilities, market opportunities, and performance.
- Visible track record of quick resolution of open issues.
- A knack for gathering knowledge and data alongside strategic projects.
Salary Range: $190K - $210K plus bonus
