Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Director of Sales and Marketing is accountable for creating and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing plans that propel the company forward. This involves setting realistic targets, allocating resources effectively, and fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation. The Director's goal is to drive revenue growth, enhance brand reputation, and establish the company as a market leader. Independently identify, develop, and close new large enterprise opportunities within the territory across multiple verticals.Providing sales and marketing teams with quantifiable, realistic goalsMaking both short- and long-term plans to increase revenueAnalyzing competitors and the market to guide strategy modificationsEvaluating the return on investment for sales and marketing initiativesDeveloping and managing marketing and sales budgetsConduct joint-training sessions between marketing and sales teams to enhance collaboration and understandingEstablish a successful collaboration between the sales and marketing team by providing team-bonding opportunities for the employees to build understanding at the ground level.Ensure both teams are working together to develop customer profiles based on understanding the needs, pain points, and buying behaviors to tailor customer communication.Performing in-depth market research to find trends and opportunitiesUsing data to guide strategy modifications and decision-makingCollaborating with product teams to align offerings with market demandProviding input on pricing strategies and product positioningIdentifying new market opportunities for existing products or servicesReviewing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, lead generation, and revenue growthMeeting with key clients to understand their needs and preferencesAttending industry events and conferences to network and build beneficial relationshipsFostering partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business growthReviewing sales pitches and presentations to ensure consistency and effectivenessProviding input on marketing campaigns to ensure they meet business objectivesEnsuring brand consistency across all channels, including social media, advertising, and content marketingUnderstanding and adapting to EZ Blockchain's ongoing product and services developmentsEnsuring that our customers receive world-class sales and customer servicePreferred SkillsProficiency in CRM software and marketing automation toolsData analysis and interpretation capabilitiesUnderstanding of digital marketing platforms and techniques, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)Strong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrategic thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesAdaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environmentQualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or related fieldMaster’s degree in Marketing or Sales preferred.10-15 years in marketing or sales position with 5-7 in management.Exceptional oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, and leadership#J-18808-Ljbffr
