Join the V Team Life.What you’ll be doing...Responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating channel marketing programs that align with the business goals and brand identity of the organization. This can involve developing relationships with channel partners to understand their needs and expectations, creating channel-specific marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, webinars, newsletters, or case studies, designing and implementing channel incentives, promotions, and loyalty programs to motivate and reward partners. Additionally, a channel marketing Director / Sr. Manager must monitor and analyze channel performance, feedback, and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly. Furthermore, they must coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders such as sales, product, or marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment.What we’re looking for...Establish and Maintain Channel Partner Program Strategy, Policies and Processes (tiered programs, program policies managing the program this person would be apart of)Brand and launch the program into the market.Establish and maintain Channel Partner Program Marketing Offers and supporting marketing assets. (partner specific content, promos and incentives)Evaluate go forward strategy i.e. reverse lead share program (to the partner)Manage Content Management System (CMS) for channel marketing material in Partner PortalCreate and manage partner demand generation campaigns (collateral, copy, email, digital components). Reporting and tracking of engagement and efficacy.Establish Partner Certification Program in conjunction w/ Channel Operations and Learning & Development (L&D).Oversee Partner Demand Generation Activities. Establish, inspect, manage Partner marketing plans. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
