Career Opportunities with Country SupplierA great place to work.Careers At Country SupplierCurrent job opportunities are posted here as they become available.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead the marketing efforts of our Farm and Agriculture Retail supply store.As the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across digital commerce, traditional marketing, and advertising channels to increase revenue growth and brand awareness.This role is in-person and located in Idaho Falls, ID. Relocation is available.Key Responsibilities: Developing a digital commerce strategy that aligns with your overall marketing strategy, including tactics for acquiring new customers, retaining existing customers, and increasing sales.Creating and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic to your digital commerce platform, including email marketing, social media advertising, pay-per-click advertising, and search engine optimization.Overseeing the development and execution of all marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media digital advertising, print advertising, and in-store promotions.Developing and managing a marketing budget ensuring all spending is aligned with business goals and objectives.Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences and translating findings into actionable insights for the business.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product launches and promotions.Analyzing and reporting on key performance metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and drive business results.Managing a team of marketing professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and other key stakeholders.Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices and continuously identifying new opportunities to grow the business.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Experience managing a team and developing high-performing marketing professionals.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across traditional marketing, advertising, and digital commerce channels.Knowledge of the Farm and Agriculture industry preferred but not required.Salary range: $175,000-$225,000.If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
