You will learn to write briefs, design campaign flows on paid and owned channels - email, digital, social, PR, events, content syndication, blogs, website, search.Work with the marketing ops team to achieve on-target execution and measurement against tangible goals.Collaborate with an ecosystem of marketing partners. Learn to manage vendor relationships, campaign coordination, performance tracking against set KPIs, and lead generation.Budget management. Conceptualize and oversee monthly/quarterly calendarized comms initiatives. Ensure that blog content, social media, content syndication, and email marketing execute consistently and on-brand.QualificationsYour Skills & Experience:Graduate in a Marketing domain.2 years of relevant experience. Understanding of the India technology and services market.Some hands-on experience of the overall inbound and outbound ecosystem, including building digital strategy for – SEO (on-page, off-page), SEM - Search and PPC (AdWords), Social – Organic and paid, e-mail marketing, Content marketing (inbound), Web marketing.Familiarity with:Marketing / CRM platforms.Landing page optimizations.Analytics and tracking (UTMs, GA, GSC).User flows/behaviors in Google Analytics.In-house data to draw insights & recommend incremental improvements.Understanding of PPC/display/programmatic for use in campaigns.Event management and execution - Online/offline events end-to-end, including content, coordination, collateral, vendor management, leads, and results.Familiarity with experience and relationships in the relevant publisher and events ecosystem in India.Quantitative skills & Presentation skills.Additional informationGender-Neutral Policy.18 paid holidays throughout the year for NCR/BLR (22 for Mumbai).Generous parental leave and new parent transition program.Flexible work arrangements.Employee Assistance Programs to help you in wellness and well-being.#J-18808-Ljbffr
