Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead cross-portfolio initiatives and seasonal campaigns that drive brand relevance, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role focuses on creating cohesive and impactful brand experiences by uniting product categories, spearheading seasonal campaigns, and optimizing shopper engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the consumer electronics market and a proven ability to execute multi-channel marketing strategies. This role involves collaboration across product categories, ensuring cohesive messaging and impactful campaigns that resonate with diverse customer segments.
You will be responsible for strategic leadership and development of our strategy to win with consumer and shoppers - and partnership with your integrated teammates to ensure sharp strategy gets turned into cohesive action and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Cross-Portfolio Brand Initiatives

  • Spearhead cross-portfolio initiatives (Color Strategy, Software platforms) that support a unified brand experience, integrating insights and positioning across various consumer electronics segments.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and digital teams to develop cross-product branding efforts, aligning messages to enhance brand awareness and affinity.
  • Identify and leverage synergies across product lines to maximize campaign reach and impact.
Seasonal Campaigns
  • Lead the strategy development for the campaigns tied to key shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Holiday, Back-to-School, Bose Week).
  • Build the creative briefs along with Creative team to bring the strategy to life across different consumer touch points
  • Partner with cross functional teams such as PR, CRM, DTC and media to ensure consistency with the strategy and delivery against aligned objectives and KPIs.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to fine tune strategy, partnerships, messaging. Monitor campaign performance, track ROI and identify optimizations for future seasonal initiatives.
  • Partner with Promotion team and DTC team to ensure overall seasonal portfolio strategy flows into promotional plans.
Shopper Strategy and Execution
  • Provide strategic direction, ensuring brand and financial alignment as well as support flawless execution of Shopper Marketing Campaigns with key strategic resellers
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing to identify key shopper marketing opportunities, quantify the upside and define the key job to be done.
  • Define the objectives and KPI underpinning the overall strategy as well as the KPIs for each individual program.
  • Define the playbook for optimal implementation of shopper marketing programs inclusive of the measurement framework and plans that will inform the performance management and the continuous improvement of our strategic approach.
  • Prepare the briefs to build collateral materials for pitching to top external partners and stakeholders.
Collaborative Leadership and Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a central liaison for cross-portfolio strategy across functions, working with sales, product, and other marketing function to ensure alignment.
  • Partner with regional teams to tailor cross-portfolio strategies to local markets while maintaining a cohesive global brand identity.
  • Present brand strategies, plans, and performance results to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
Innovation and Brand GTM Evolution
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to continually evolve the brand and improve consumer engagement. Champion new ideas using emerging technologies and consumer trends to drive innovative branding.
Qualifications:
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience : 7+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, preferably within the consumer electronics or technology industry.
  • Strategy development across product launches and brand activations - Experience researching insights, synthesizing into a competitive strategy, Ability to craft a creative brief, Ability to create a comms plan
  • Experience in conceptualizing and executing shopper marketing programs will be a bonus.
  • Proven experience in creating and executing brand strategies that drive overall brand growth and enhance market position.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using consumer insights to inform brand positioning.
  • Ability to set direction, bring cross-functional stakeholders together, and have the ability to shape work to the strategy
