As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a direct point of contact for customers and ensure they receive an adequate level of service. You will process orders, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints with speed and professionalism. Weekly pay starting at $20/hr and great benefits available!
Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• PC, Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer knowledge
• Attention to detail and task completion skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Receive and process a high volume of incoming orders via phone, fax, and electronic format
• Process status and inquiry requests
• Respond promptly to all customer inquiries
• Answer a limited volume of phone calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00am - 5:00pm
