Description
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Daily and Monthly Quality Report Creation and Data Entry for Internal Quality Reports
- Coordinate with Production to monitor and control internal performance.
- Review Customer Portal daily to monitor customer claims.
- Work with Customer Contacts to resolve all Quality Issues.
- Initiate and coordinate sorting internally and at customer facilities.
- Reporting and evaluate Root Cause and Counter Measure for all Customer Claims.
- Problem Solving Skills to support Customer claims and corrective actions
- Understanding and creating Quality Tools
*5p and 8D creation, PQCT, FMEA, PDCA, PPAP, IPPAAR, SPC, Quality Alerts.
- Develop Standards for Work Instructions
- Create and collect Data for all Customer IPPAAR.
- Create and maintain Customer Claim log, IPPAAR log and Quality Alert log.
- Support Quality Lab and Containment Sort Area
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain clean and safe work environment.
- Not limited to above mentioned
Requirements
DESCRIPTION OF QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good attendance.
- Capable of evaluating Customer rejects, data and information for rejects / part functions.
- Able to create documents.
- Flexible to work OT as required.
- Medium level to Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office Products.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to read drawings or understand dimensional tolerances.
- Have a good understanding of math and science basics.
- Product Knowledge of Customer Products, Such as Metal, Rubber, Components.
- Relative Quality Experience and a Good Track Record of Quality.
