Job Details
Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Manage on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure project adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
• Manage material procurement and inventory
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly and effectively
• Liaise with local authorities for necessary permits and inspections

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in multifamily or affordable housing projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
• Familiarity with green building practices and energy-efficient construction a plus
