Shift: One 12hr shift (8am-8PM) and three 9hr shifts (7:30am -5pm or 12pm-9:30PM) per week.

Is on-call REQ? No
Weekend REQ: Every other weekend required - weekend shifts are 12 hrs.
Certs REQ: RPh, IL State License.
Certs Preferred: IV Certification, PharmD
RTO Restrictions: Please request RTO up front if possible. Travelers may be required to participate in holiday and weekend rotation.
Special Requirements: Hospital experience required.
