*Nurse Practitioner Job Description*

*Job Details*

* Requirements: Board Certified, Licensed in AZ or IMLC, BLS
* Credentialing: 1-2 weeks


*Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including physical examinations and medical histories.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, focusing on primary care and specific ailments.
* Provide catheter care and assist with esthetic laser treatments as needed.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals in the Operating Room (OR) to support surgical procedures.
* Manage care for patients requiring dialysis, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.
* Educate patients and their families on health management strategies and preventive care.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing and patient care.

*Experience*
* Proven experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with medical systems relevant to primary care settings is essential.
* Experience in a Level II Trauma Center is preferred but not mandatory.
* Strong clinical skills, including catheter care and knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, are advantageous.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment while demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
