We are hiring *Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)* to provide essential patient care and support within our healthcare team. This role focuses on direct *patient care*, supporting nursing staff, and contributing to the well-being and comfort of patients.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Assist patients with *daily living activities* such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
* Monitor and record *vital signs* (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
* Maintain *patient hygiene* and ensure a clean and safe environment.
* Report changes in patient conditions to nurses and healthcare professionals.
* Assist with *turning, repositioning*, and moving patients as needed.
* Accurately update *electronic medical records (EMR)* and documentation.

*Requirements:*
* *Valid CNA Certification* in NJ (REQUIRED).
* *Basic knowledge of EMR systems* and ability to document patient care.
* *Excellent communication skills* and attention to detail.
* Compassionate, patient-centered care approach.
* Ability to work in a *team-oriented environment*.

*Preferred Qualifications:*
* *Previous experience* in a *hospital, long-term care facility, or rehab* setting.
* *Strong multitasking abilities* in fast-paced environments.
