*Job Summary*

*Responsibilities*
* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Conduct physical examinations and document medical histories accurately.
* Assist in memory care programs and support patients with cognitive impairments.
* Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure safety during procedures.
* Participate in family planning discussions and provide education to patients and their families.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Support travel nursing assignments as needed, adapting to various healthcare environments.

*Qualifications*
* Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
* Experience in senior care or long-term care settings is preferred.
* Knowledge of botulinum toxin treatment is a plus but not required.
* Strong skills in medical documentation and adherence to aseptic technique.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction and family education.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating compassion for patients' needs.
* Flexibility to adapt to different nursing roles, including travel nursing opportunities when necessary.

Genie Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced LPN/LTC to fill an opening located in Belen NM for $46.61/Hr (taxed + non-taxed)

? Must have AHA BLS, certification

? Must have 2 years exp in LTC

? Must have valid NM License or compact

? Pass a Background check / medical test / skill test / drug test
