*Case Manager* *Details:*

Duration: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week | AM Shift Available
Shift Length: 8
Start Date: 3-4 weeks

*Case Manager* *RATE:*
Hourly Rate: $70/hr
Weekly Rate: $2,800/week
Total Contract Pay: $36,400

*Case Manager* *Requirements:*
* Must have current California RN license
* Must have *1 year Case Manager RN* experience
* Must have current BLS certification (can be acquired during compliance)
* Must have current Covid-19 Vaccination with Booster

*Responsibilities*: *Facilitate Discharge planning and coordinates Safe discharge to the next level care . Performs InterQual, initial and concurrent assessment*

*Case Manager Shift:*
* 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM, Working Every other weekend, Must have Inpatient experience
* 13-week contract
