We have looking for *Registered Nurse with 2 years of experience in Intensive Care Unit* to join our team. As a *Travel RN ICU*, you will be integral in delivering high-quality patient care in critical care settings. Reporting to the ICU Manager, you will utilize your core skills in patient assessment, IV insertion, and catheterization to provide exceptional nursing care. Your certifications in NIHSS, BLS, ACLS, and PALS, along with your ICU experience, will ensure you meet the rigorous demands of this role. Additionally, your premium skills in critical care and familiarity with EHR systems will enhance patient outcomes. *Responsibilities*
* Provide comprehensive patient care in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
* Perform catheterization and IV insertion as needed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
* Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings in EHR systems.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
* Maintain certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS, while utilizing critical care skills to manage complex patient needs.
