*Minimum Experience Required*: 1-2 years; Prefer home health experience, however, will accept med surge experience/nursing home or facility experience.
*Patient Diagnoses:* Medical and surgical diagnoses; Our nurses are generalists taking care of wound care, ostomy's, indwelling catheters, surgical patients; CVA, Cancer, edema, Sepsis, COPD, CHF; Skills checklist will be performed with the onboarding process
