We are looking for a motivated sports medicine/rehabilitation specialist (or experienced CCRT, CCRP or CCRA clinician) to join our growing rehab practice located only 40 minutes from downtown Chicago in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. Currently, our facility has 2 underwater treadmills, a class 4 LASER, electrical stimulation, therapeutic ultrasound, thermal imaging, and a large gym with various exercise equipment.

Requirements:
