Slice Merchant Services is seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable Technical Support Specialist who will be assisting our clients with a smooth and efficient equipment setup process as well as troubleshooting. This individual MUST be enthusiastic about supporting our clients by offering customer satisfaction & reliable technical support.

*Responsibilities:*

* ANSWERING A LARGE NUMBER OF INCOMING TROUBLESHOOTING CALLS
* SOLVING TECHNICAL ISSUES
* FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS TO ENSURE ALL EQUIPMENT IS WORKING PROPERLY
* MAKE ACCURATE DECISIONS
* PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION

* WORKS WELL IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT
* ENTHUSIASTIC, SELF-DRIVEN, AND LIKES TO PROBLEM SOLVE
* GREAT COMPUTER SKILLS
