*Job Summary*
You will plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the nursing department within our facility. This position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with all regulations and standards. You will lead a team of nursing professionals, ensuring the implementation of best practices in resident care. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of nursing management, and a commitment to upholding resident rights.

*Duties*
* Lead and manage the nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient care.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote effective communication and coordinated care.
* Stay updated on advancements in nursing practices, regulations, and technologies related to assisted living.
* Operate within Florida Assisted Living Regulations

*Experience*
* Proven experience in nurse management or leadership roles within a healthcare setting.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, patient care systems, and documentation requirements.
* Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.
* Background in assisted living or long-term care settings is required- 3 years or more
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and improvement in nursing practices.
