* This position pays between $56,800– $71,000 annually based on experience
*This role is based on-site at our Ardent – UT Health Tyler location in Tyler, Texas. Travel will be required to various client locations.*
The *Epic/Voice Recognition Adoption Analyst *plays a key role in the success of new technology optimization for middle revenue cycle services as a subject matter expert in driving utilization and adoption of hosted application solutions. The User Adoption Analyst will ensure continuous optimization of workflows and use of hosted technology. To succeed in this role, the specialist shall need a deep understanding of healthcare EMR systems and middle revenue cycle focused applications, implementation, clinical and nonclinical user training.
*Job Responsibilities: *
* Successfully execute responsibilities as assigned under established application integration project plans within expected timeline.
* Communicate with key client stakeholders to drive change management in support of technology adoption & optimization efforts.
* Monitor end user adoption & utilization metrics and suggest best approach to improving key performance indicators.
* Provide frequent end user education for continuous optimization and awareness of new technology features.
* Meet with internal project committees and stakeholders to discuss project status including adoption blocker issue escalation and resolution tracking on a regular cadence.
* As a subject matter expert, collaborate with internal teams on end-to-end adoption best practices across the application life cycle as well as provide client feedback and experience metrics to integrate into decisions on processes, applications, and features to improve adoption, efficiencies, and overall usability of the product.
* Train users how to most effectively utilize software and maintain detailed tracking of adoption intervention engagements and associated outcomes.
* Troubleshoot user process issues to a successful resolution in a timely manner.
* Stay updated on new application features impacting middle revenue cycle and provide best integration approach to key stakeholders.
*Required Experience: *
* 3 years in clinical setting, HIM operations, acute care, informatics or IT experience.
* Experience with 3M Healthcare application products, speech recognition applications, forms management applications, and/or Epic, Meditech, or Cerner integration.
* A deep understanding of physician documentation workflow with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
* Excellent communication skills
* Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products.
* Superior project and time management skills with a drive to go beyond the status quo.
*Minimum Education: *
* Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
*Required Certifications:*
* CRCR Required within 9 months of hire if no other certifications are held
