We offer 12 hour 6a-6p and 8 hour shifts 6a-2pm, and 2pm-10pm to accommodate your employment needs!

You will partner with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare staff, and under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN), positively represent the facility, providing routine patient care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists residents with activities of daily living.
Check resident vital signs and weight.
Provides residents with quality personal hygiene
Answers resident call lights in a timely manner
Reports resident changes in condition to nursing supervisor
Applies principles of infection control in the provision of patient care

QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid and active state-issued C.N.A. certification
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

***HOURLY WAGE RANGE: $20.00-$22.91 D.O.E. / Application End Date 03/15/2025
