*JOB DESCRIPTION:*
* Position - Travel LPN
* Location - St. Albans, VT 05478

*JOB DETAILS:*
* Full Time - 14 weeks contract
* Schedule: two 7 pm to 7:30 am two 3 pm to 11:30 pm // 40 hours weekly
* Work Location - On Location
* Ability to commute/relocate: St. Albans, VT 05478 : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).

*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Collecting specimen samples when needed
* Taking an active part in patient care planning
* Preparing patients for transfers or discharge
* Assisting in medical procedures
* Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
* Provides routine care for patients.
* Reviews medical charts.
* Prepares and administers injections and/or enemas.
* Assists with patient comfort.
* Monitors catheters.

*REQUIREMENT:*
* Active CPR/BLS
* Covid Card
* LPN State License - VT
