*Job Summary*
Ghost RX is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests, assisting in patient care, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results. This role is crucial in supporting healthcare professionals in diagnosing and treating patients effectively.

*Duties*
* Competency in phlebotomy procedures, waived testing, and specimen processing in multiple laboratory sections to include Blood draw lab and accessioning area.
* Conduct laboratory tests and analyses on patient samples, including blood, urine, and other bodily fluids.
* Prepare specimens for analysis and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
* Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
* Assist in the collection of samples from patients, maintaining a compassionate and professional demeanor.
* Record and report test results accurately to physicians and healthcare providers.
* Follow established procedures for quality control and assurance to maintain the integrity of test results.
* Collaborate with other medical staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
* Stay updated on advancements in medical technology and laboratory practices.

*Requirements:*
* Medical Technicians (MLT, Phlebotomist) working in the blood draw lab will hold a current certification in Phlebotomy by ASCP or recognized Phlebotomy certification school. Good working knowledge of waived testing and phlebotomy procedure preferred
* 1 year of experience
* ASCP or AMT

*Shifts:*
* Weekday and weekend evenings: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
* Midnight Night: 1130 PM – 8:00 AM
* Weekend day shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
* Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
