Accounting Associate

VALiNTRY is currently seeking a reliable Accounting Associate for a contract position for the
Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.

Pay Range is between $30.00 to $40.00 per hour w2 , This position can compensate more depending on additional skills set that can be more valuable to the enterprise, don’t hesitate to apply if you’re a strong technical fit for this position.

The "right" candidate will be able to complete the following with ease:
Data entry (10 key) of receipts/tickets into system
Account Reconciliations
Accounts Payable
Purchase order tracking
Billing
Shipping/ Receiving / sorting distributing daily mail deliveries
Microsoft Office- (Word and Excel)

The main areas of responsibility are:
Receiving fuel orders into FMS and/or AS/400
Coordinating the collection and collation of fuel tickets
Entering fuel tickets into system
Entering daily ending inventories into system
Generating daily fuel close reports
Reconciling and resolving variances in FMS
Miscellaneous non-finance activities, including administrative support
