Overview:
A growing organization in New Jersey is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an expanded caseload in the Ramsey area. This position involves performing outpatient therapy within home-based settings, with all services billed as Medicare Part B. The organization is seeking candidates who can provide a minimum of 15 hours of direct patient care per week. If applying for PRN (Per Diem), candidates will be expected to perform ongoing 1-on-1 direct patient care. Regular and consistent weekly availability is required, including 3 weekdays.

Job Requirements:

• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing)
• Eligibility for New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week of direct patient care
• For PRN/Per Diem, ongoing 1-on-1 direct patient care is required, with regular availability for at least 3 weekdays
• Professionalism, accuracy, and dependability are essential
• Passion and enthusiasm to provide creative, evidence-based care
• New grads will be supported and mentored
• Some prior work experience is required for PRN/Per Diem candidates
