Overview:

Sentry Safety and Physical Therapy Specialists is experiencing rapid growth, and were seeking 1-2 dynamic Physical Therapists to join our team in Roswell, NM. We have positions available in outpatient orthopedics, home health, aquatic therapy, or a mix of these settings, offering you the flexibility to work in an area that aligns with your passion.

We are currently offering a paid fellowship and a 24-week mentorship program to enhance your skills and are looking for candidates interested in ownership opportunities as we expand and develop more clinics.

Caseload / Patient Population:

• You will have the option to focus on full-time outpatient therapy or a combination of outpatient and aquatic therapy. A home health caseload (Medicare Part A) is also available if desired.
• Patient demographics range from young athletes to geriatrics. The outpatient setting needs the most coverage.
• In our one-on-one treatment model, you will evaluate and follow your patients through their entire progression of care, ensuring quality and continuity. Double booking only occurs at the discretion of the clinician.

Compensation Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: Choose between pay-per-visit ($40-$45 per visit) or an annual salary ($90k-$110k), with compensation based on experience.

Work Schedule:

• This is a full-time position with clinic hours from Monday to Friday. The clinic opens at 7 AM on Tuesday and Friday and closes at 2 PM on Friday. No weekends or holidays!

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for New Mexico state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Prior outpatient orthopedic exposure is required; however, we will consider new grad PTs.
• Full-time availability is required; candidates with 32+ hours of availability will be considered.
