*What we are looking for:*
* Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
* License to practice nursing in state of Ohio.
* Current drivers license
* Pass a BCI background check and drug screen.
* Good written and verbal communication skills

*What you will be doing:*
* Provide care and treatment in the patient's home.
* Some of the tasks required: wound care, IV therapy, disease teaching and management, telehealth, medication education and management, venipuncture skills, foley catheter care, assessments and care planning process. Electronic documentation.
* Act as liaison for patient physician and external case managers
* Supervisory visits for paraprofessional staff

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $57,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
