Job Details:

• Pay: $ (to be updated)

• RN Case Manager

• Positions Open: 1

• Shift: M-F, 0800 to 1630,  no weekends

• Duration: 13 weeks

• 40 hours weekly guarantee

• Conducting patient initial assessments

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted CA RN License

• Active BLS certification

• 1-2 years experience required

• Must have strong Utilization Review and InterQual experience

• Acute Care hospital experience

• EPIC EMR documentation experience

• Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
