The RN-LCMA is responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care in the office and clinic setting, ensuring adherence to nursing regulations and clinic policies. This role requires effective communication with physicians regarding patient conditions and involves critical thinking and decisive judgment in a high-pressure environment. Licenses and certifications such as a Current RN License in Kentucky and BLS certification are mandatory for this position.
Provides direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures and standards. Â Communicates with physicians and team members about patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
Required LicensesLicensed Practical Nurse
Current RN Licensure to practice in the state of Kentucky OR a Current RN Licensure with a multistate compact status.
Required SkillsCertifications:• Current American Heart Association BLS certificate or obtained within 90 days after hire date.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
