The Judge Group is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Springfield, Oregon.

Minimum 2 yrs RN experience, but one year Required recent Critical Care Experience. Looking for strong critical care RN who has post open heart, post carotid artery stenting, transvenous and epicardial pacemakers, PA cathers, Art line and management of blood pressure abnormalities with parenteral vasoactive agents. I am interested in the traveler's proficiency in: Next Stage CRRT, IABPs, Impella, TTM (altrix) and if they would like to continue to practice their skill at SHRB. Must have CVICU in work history. Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Multi-system organ failure, IV insulin protocols, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting IVs, Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Assist with management of BiPAP, Assist with management of CPAP, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of ABGs, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/ Use of PPE, Phlebotomy, Surgical Wounds with drains/Wound Vac.
