Job Details:

• Pay: $ per day (to be updated)

• Positions Open: 3

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Shift: 1P-1A with some rotating shifts

• include working every other weekend, and will guarantee 72 hours bi-weekly

• 25-bed Critical Access hospital

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted VT License

• Active BLS, ACLS from the American Heart Association -  required

• Must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience

• Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
