Location: Englewood, Colorado
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts

What You’ll Do
- Operational Leadership – Oversee daily operations, staff onboarding, and facility management across four locations.
- Financial Oversight – Collaborate with the AP team to ensure timely invoice processing and financial reporting.
- Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, credentialing requirements, and manage MIPS reporting.
- Technology & Systems Management – Assist in evaluating new EHR options and coordinate IT system upgrades.
- Reporting & Benefits Administration – Prepare financial reports, track employee benefits, and handle tax payments.
- Provider Support – Work closely with rheumatologists and healthcare providers to ensure operational efficiency and support patient care.
Who You Are
- Healthcare Experience – 2+ years (3-5 preferred) in a private practice setting, ideally in a mid-to-large medical practice.
- Strong Business Acumen – Comfortable engaging with COO and physicians to drive business growth and operational improvements.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Clear, professional, and adaptable in written and verbal interactions with staff, patients, and leadership.
- Tech-Savvy – Proficient in Word, Excel, EHR systems, QuickBooks Online.
- Conflict Resolution Skills – Patient-facing experience with the ability to handle concerns professionally and empathetically.
Nice to Have
- Background as an MA, Nurse, or other healthcare professional who transitioned into management.
- Deep understanding of OSHA, HIPAA, safety, and credentialing compliance.
- HR knowledge with the ability to recognize when professional HR intervention is needed.
