Industrial Engineer / Consultant

Our consulting practice works with industry leaders on projects in Lean Manufacturing, Factory Workflow, Automation, Robotics and Optimization of Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations. As an Industrial Engineer on our team, you will be working on high exposure projects with senior level executives. Roles and Responsibilities

·      Providing analysis of data for Manufacturing and Supply Chain projects

·      Conducting workflow analysis, plant layout and CAD support

·      Performing Industrial Engineering studies to improve operational process

·      Implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques across multiple business channels

·      Designing material handling systems, supply chain and manufacturing operations

·      Conducting field investigations and data gathering accurately and diligently

·      Performing Work flow documentation

·      Improving company tool sets for systematic layout design and productivity increase

·      Interfacing and supporting clients project needs

Skills and Knowledge Required

·      BS / MS in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar discipline

·      3 to 5 year’s experience in Industrial Engineering environment; consulting environment a plus

·      Previous experience improving and designing Manufacturing operations using workflow and plant layout skills

·      Exceptional time management, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills

·      Expertise in Excel, Access and PowerPoint

·      Proven comprehension and working analytics ability using SQL, databases, simulation and other BI tools

·      Strong / proven understanding of Work Flow Optimization, Productivity Improvement and Lean Manufacturing

·      Organized and professional written and oral communications

·      US Citizen, Self-starter, team player
